🌙 Blessed Birth

Hazrat Pir Sultan Sarkar Naqshbandi Mujaddidi Qadri (May His Sacred Blessings Endure) was born on Friday, January 1, 1965 (27 Sha’ban al-Mu’azzam 1386 AH) at the central spiritual seat of the noble order, Salikabad Sharif. His birth was regarded by the people of spirituality as a great glad tiding. On the seventh day, according to the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet ﷺ, the Aqeeqah was performed, and he was named Pir Muhammad Arif Sultan Azam.

📖 Education and Training

From childhood, you exhibited exceptional intelligence, seriousness, and a deep spiritual inclination. Under the special affection and supervision of your noble father, Hazrat Ghaus-uz-Zaman Sarkar, Wali-e-Salikabad Sharif (رحمۃ اللہ علیہ), you grew and flourished.

You completed your exoteric Islamic sciences under the guidance of your perfect father, and in esoteric sciences you pledged allegiance and discipleship to Sultan-ul-Fuqara Abu al-Masakeen, Murshid Sani Sarkar (May His Sacred Blessings Endure), who is your spiritual mentor and perfect guide.

Murshid Sani Sarkar (May His Sacred Blessings Endure) formally took you into bay‘ah (spiritual oath) and personally nurtured your spiritual growth. All the sacred trusts that had been passed heart-to-heart from Wali-e-Salikabad Sharif were placed within your pure heart.

Especially the Trust of the Prophetic Connection ﷺ, which is the special legacy of the Naqshbandi Order, was also bestowed upon you through your noble guide. Thus, you were appointed as the perfect custodian of the Prophetic Connection ﷺ and the successor of Sultan-ul-Fuqara Murshid Sani Sarkar, attaining an exalted spiritual station.
